The intake and exhaust valves produced by Bessay are manufactured by electric upsetting followed by press molding. Intake valves are mainly made of martensitic steel, exhaust valves are mainly made of austenitic steel, and aircraft valves are mainly made of high-nickel base alloy materials. We also provide various machining processes, such as chrome plating of valve stems, tungsten plating of valve seats and heads, chrome plating, and localized secondary solid solution. with every valve design, we strive to maximize durability through higher fatigue resistance and tensile strength.
